Well, the weather has finally turned and each day is better than the last. Friday the 22nd of September, however, is looking better than the rest as we host Rowanston Estate for the latest of our Meet The Maker wine lunches in our upper-level dining room!
Hailing from the Macedon Ranges in Victoria along the historic Burke and Wills Track, the team at Rowanston use traditional techniques to create a spectacular range of wines. Each and every grape is hand picked, basket pressed and open fermented before spending some time on oak. Wine Maker John Fredrickson will be on hand to explain his craft and what makes this winery and region a standout on the Australian wine scene.
For this lunch we have decided to showcase a wide range of Rowanston’s delicious selection, starting with Blanc de Noir and building steadily to Sparkling Shiraz with dessert. This has enabled our Chefs to create a vibrant menu to not only compliment each wine but celebrate the arrival of Spring!!!
As always, in the interest of quality we will be capping this event at 36 guests so make sure you book as soon as possible to reserve your seat.
