This month we kick off our popular Meet The Maker dinner events for 2018 with something special from our own backyard; Ballandean’s Symphony Hill Wines!

This family focussed winery has been attracting national attention as pioneers of the emerging Granite Belt Region of South East QLD and Northern NSW, so it goes without saying that we are excited to be planning a menu to match these amazing wines.

Join the team behind these award-winning wines as they talk you through the region, unique varieties, and processes that go into each and every bottle whilst indulging in a matched 5-course menu designed by Head Chef Chris Harrington.
